Wpływ szczepów mikroorganizmów na dekompozycję resztek kukurydzy i jakość gleby w szkłach

Enhanced microbial inoculation accelerates maize residue decomposition and promotes root development in controlled greenhouse conditions

or

Detail description

The study examined the effects of beneficial microbial strains (NEW2, NEW3, NEW8, 5MEZ, 7PSYCH) and their mixture (MIX) on maize residue decomposition, soil quality, and maize germination, growth, and physiological activity under controlled greenhouse conditions. Two-phase experiments assessed microbial impacts on residue breakdown in various substrates and on seedling emergence and development in microcosms and 5-litre containers. Results showed no significant effect of microbes on maize germination or seedling emergence. Decomposition was faster in non-sterilized substrates and accelerated by microbial application, though differences between strains were not significant. Mixing non-treated maize residues with substrate enhanced root development and shoot growth compared to controls.
