The FAIRShare project (2018–2023), funded with €6.99 million and involving 31 partners, promotes the FAIR principles in digital agricultural tools. It led to the co-creation of the Poderi app with Tuscan agricultural advisors, supporting olive farming through decision support systems for fertilization, irrigation, and olive fly control. The app enables monitoring of olive phenology and infestation, and facilitates data sharing and communication between farmers and advisors.
