trans4num is a Horizon Europe project testing nature-based solutions for sustainable nutrient management in Dutch agriculture. At EbelSheerd, conventional and organic winter wheat trials are nearing harvest, evaluating nitrogen optimisation and organic inputs. At Kollumerwaard, a potato trial uses aphid control to protect seed potatoes from virus infection. All trials inform scalable, eco-friendly farming pathways.
