SIGCA enhances maritime pine forestry and timber production through innovative forest management systems, supported by EIP-AGRI funding from 2018–2020. The project, based in Castile and León, Galicia, the Basque Country, and Asturias, unites key stakeholders including Agresta S.Coop., CESEFOR, CETEMAS, and universities such as UDL, USC, and UVA. It aims to improve quality timber output and forest sector competitiveness.
