Enhancing profitability of the Riojan olive oil sector through innovative extraction technologies. The Prolive Rioja operational group validates high-voltage electric pulses and ultrasound applications to improve efficiency, yield, and quality in extra virgin olive oil production. Co-funded by FEADER and regional authorities, the project assesses technical and economic feasibility, focusing on mechanical and thermal effects on olive paste. Results aim to boost sector competitiveness through innovation.
