The main objective of this project is the improvement of the quality and quantity of extra virgin olive oil in the Huelva province through a detailed study of all processes that are carried out from harvesting to packaging, proposing changes in procedures, when necessary. This project does not pretend that the farmer invests in new equipment and / or infrastructure, but in know-how.
