Detail description

AP-WASTE is an EIP-AGRI-funded project (2019–2021) targeting the removal of single-use agroplastics, particularly LDPE and very low density polyethylene, across multiple Spanish regions. It promotes biotechnological biodegradation and on-farm recovery to improve soil health and reduce environmental pollution. Led by Sigito Agronvases S.L. and CEBAS-CSIC, with partners including ASAJA, Repsol, ITENE, and APTAGA, the project received €558,011.15 in funding. It operates in Andalusia, Castile-La Mancha, Catalonia, Navarre, Madrid, Extremadura, Murcia, and the Valencian Community.
