The generational renewal crisis is a recurrent topic. There is an urgent need to work towards the creation of new tools which promote the generational renewal, especially of new entrants. The Innovation Project of the OG RETA contemplates the development of these innovative instruments such are the farm incubators, in order to go in depth about their methodology and their role in the rejuvenation of the active agricultural population and the incorporation of innovative ideas on the farm business models.
