Nutrient recovery and reuse for low-impact fertilizers
Advancing nutrient efficiency and circular economy in European agriculture through wastewater resource recovery and stakeholder collaboration
or
Detail description
The RUN4LIFE project advances circular economy practices by recovering nutrients from domestic wastewater for agricultural use. It involves 15 European partners collaborating on research and innovation, including site visits to demonstration sites like Vigo and exploring concepts such as the H₂ terminal in Helsingborg. Key events include a launch meeting in Sneek, Netherlands, and a stakeholder workshop at IFAT 2018. The project aims to improve nutrient efficiency, reduce environmental impacts, and support sustainable agriculture through resource recovery. For updates, visit www.run4life.eu.
