The objective of this report is to give an overview of the procedures followed for the manipulation of the target pathogens and/or their insect vectors within the scope of the project. The deliverable is composed of the following main parts: - Description of the current pathogen/pest categorization and phytosanitary regulations - Brief description of the activities carried out in relation to the environment protection - Copies of the official permit(s) and documents accompanying the exchange of infectious and noninfectious plant materials and in vitro growing pathogens
