The Opti Grape™ system enhances grape quality by integrating a destemmer and table sorter on each hopper, improving MOG removal by 3–5× compared to SOCMA destemmer. EnoControl™ harvesters use real-time harvesting maps to sort grapes by quality into two hoppers, ensuring only premium grapes reach high-end wine production. Featured on a blue New Holland harvester, the system supports precision viticulture. Funded by the EU Horizon 2020 Programme under EIP-Agri and Smart AKIS Smart Farming, it is deployed in Italy (NUTS IT).
