Until somewhat recently, channels for bringing locally sourced organic meat to the end-user in Latvia were limited. In 2019, the online shop NEGANTIgardi (which can be roughly translated as devilishly delicious) was created, which made it easier for a wider range of customers to purchase high-quality locally sourced food products.
