Detail description

GRØNT MARKED is a monthly sustainable food market in Copenhagen, running from May to December, connecting small-scale farmers with consumers. Held in three city locations, it promotes direct sales and knowledge exchange, supporting local, sustainable farming. Farmers must meet strict criteria for biodiversity, soil conservation, and sustainability. Each stall is run by the producer, encouraging dialogue. Part of the COCOREADO Horizon 2020 project (2021–2024), it empowers farmers as innovators in food systems, with a focus on youth engagement and AKIS.
