LIAISON project supports sustainable agriculture and forestry through co-innovation, providing five practical guides for practitioners. These resources, developed since 2012 under Horizon 2020 (grant 773418), assist farmers, researchers, advisors, and public and private actors in co-creating context-specific solutions. Key tools include participatory methods, timeline tracking, impact evaluation frameworks, and coordination strategies. The guides emphasize clear objectives, role definition, co-financing, and early collaboration.
