Rökad eller naturlig, med högt innehåll av protein (25 %) och fett (55 % av torrsubstansen). Näringsvärde: 457 kcal/100 g. Innehåller kalcium (722 ppm), lågt innehåll av kolhydrater och socker. Organoleptiska egenskaper: cylindrisk form, hård och slät konsistens, färg från ljusgul till mörkbrun. Lämplig för mänsklig konsumtion, utan förekomst av Listeria eller Salmonella.
