Le logement des veaux en groupes
Le logement des veaux en petits groupes de 7 à 9 avant sevrage est bénéfique par rapport au logement individuel et au logement en grands groupes. Le logement individuel en période d’alimentation lactée accroît le stress des veaux car il limite leur comportement social et restreint leurs mouvements. Loger des veaux en groupes plus grands que 7 à 9 est associé à un risque accru de maladies respiratoires.
