Uut Hooi : Kaas uit de hooibergen van Holland
De koeien en geiten van Uut Hooi krijgen hun gras uitsluitend vers en gedroogd te eten, zonder kunstmatige toevoegingen. Door de CO2-neutrale hooischuur zijn we erin geslaagd om in ieder jaargetijde een optimaal rantsoen te bieden van gras uit de wei en sappig hooi, zo groen als vers gras. Al deze natuurlijke aroma’s worden uit het hooi opgenomen en doorgegeven in de melk. En dat is precies wat je terugproeft in onze prachtige hooikazen.
