El ganado vacuno es estratégico y grupos operativos como GESVAC 4_0 reflejan sus intenciones por innovar
Se subraya la importancia estratégica del sector vacuno desde el punto de vista económico, medioambiental y social, ya que supone más de 3.300 millones de euros en España. Y se presenta al grupo operativo GESVAC 4.0 para enfatizar la importancia de la innovación. Desde el Ministerio de Agricultura se prepara el desarrollo de normativas básicas de ordenación del sector y de fomento de las Organizaciones de Productores.
