Second Update of the Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication Plan (D8.4)

Deliverable D8.4 represents the second update to the FOLOU project's DEC plan, following the initial plan (D8.2) and its first update (D8.3). It reviews dissemination, exploitation, and communication activities carried out during the first three years, evaluates progress against objectives, and refines the overall strategy. The update details revised objectives, key messages, timing, internal communication procedures, visual identity guidelines, and recommended channels—such as the project website, social media accounts, and promotional materials—to ensure consistent, impactful implementation by all partners and to address stakeholder needs while mitigating risks.
