Feeding Whole Wheat on Poultry Farms
The BroilerNet project collects promising and successfully implemented Good Practices (GP) to meet sector challenges. This GP describes a practice of gradually increasing whole wheat in broiler chicken diets to improve gut health and reduce antibiotic use, with a lower price and decreased carbon footprint.
