Täpsem kirjeldus

This paper synthesizes discussions from a 2013 Agroecology workshop on managing landscapes and territories to support agroecological transitions. It highlights how considering landscape and territory scales can reveal interactions between agricultural practices, natural resources (soil, water, biodiversity), and different land uses. The authors discuss technical innovations, such as managing interstitial areas (hedgerows, grass strips) and installing ecological infrastructures like wetlands, alongside social innovations in collective management and territorial governance. Modeling tools are presented as essential for exploring land use change scenarios, predicting environmental impacts, and facilitating stakeholder collaboration. Ultimately, the study advocates integrated spatial planning and governance to enhance sustainable resource management.
