Voederbiet als het 'superfood' voor koe
De voederbiet heeft een positief imago. Koeien en kalveren eten ze graag en decennialang was het een groot gewas in Nederland. Het kan goed tegen droogte en ook aan de biodiversiteit levert het een positieve bijdrage. Maar waarom wil dit ‘superfood’, anders dan in Vlaanderen, maar niet doorbreken in Nederland?
