GLB-pilot “Vooruit boeren op water en veen” : eindrapportage
De bodem van het veenweidegebied in Noordwest Overijssel daalt, onder andere als gevolg van de ontwatering van het gebied. Deze ontwatering zorgt ervoor dat er zuurstof bij het veen komt, waardoor het veen afbreekt, met de uitstoot van het broeikasgas CO₂ tot gevolg. Vernatting van het veen kan dit tegengaan, maar heeft effecten op de bedrijfsvoering van agrariërs.
