De melkveehouders op Schiermonnikoog willen bijdragen aan de biodiversiteit en hebben dat verwoord in een streefbeeld en een actieplan ‘Landbouwtransitie op Schiermonnikoog’. Het Louis Bolk Instituut werkt met de boeren samen aan kennisontwikkeling in de praktijk. Leren van elkaar gaat het best buiten in het veld bij de genomen maatregelen.
