Supports small-scale producers in accessing farm-to-fork markets through capacity-building training events. The Copenhagen event (22–23 March) focused on smart innovation, supply chain models, and cost-benefit analysis in local procurement, including a field visit to a farmers’ market. Part of the COACH project’s initiative to strengthen regional food systems and sustainable procurement across Europe. The project’s newsletter provides updates, feature articles, and event coverage.
