Stand-in scheme workers’ views on farm work safety
The local units were interested in finding out the stand-in scheme workers' experiences of safety in farms, so it was decided to make a survey to workers in spring 2024.

The survey became so important that it was sent to seven different local units. These units organize over 50% of stand-in scheme services in Finland and employ hundreds of workers. The electronic survey was completed by a total of 158 workers. 60% were over 50 years old and approximately 90% had a career of over 10 years. 63% of the respondents were women.
