PoshBee WP11 report D11.5 details communication and dissemination strategies for the PoshBee project, targeting beekeepers, farmers, researchers, policymakers, NGOs, media, and the public. The project maintains a comprehensive online presence through its website, active social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube), and multilingual promotional materials. Key activities include press releases, newsletters via Mailchimp, scientific publications, and participation in major events such as the ESP World Conference and EFSA bee health conference. The project website recorded 67,373 page views and 9,843 users from August 2018 to November 2020, with top traffic from the UK, USA, France, Germany, and Italy. Social media performance exceeded KPIs, with 106 Twitter posts generating 200.4K impressions and a 1.3% engagement rate, and 42 Facebook posts reaching 20,400 impressions. The project achieved all dissemination targets in its first 30 months, including press packs, events, and fieldwork videos. Visual identity and consistent messaging were strengthened across platforms. The report includes detailed activity logs and performance metrics, with ongoing efforts to expand YouTube content and strengthen media outreach.
