Assesses climate change impacts on key European crops and provides science-based adaptation strategies to enhance agricultural resilience across diverse regional conditions. Based on data from 120+ pilot farms in France, Spain, Germany, and Estonia, the tool supports long-term planning for extreme weather and climatic variability. Part of the EU LIFE-funded AgriAdapt project, it offers three modules to improve agroclimatic knowledge and inform sustainable farming practices.
