Detail description
The Poland Chapter of the SafeHabitus Community of Practice (PolCoP), active since May 2024, has held three meetings to advance agricultural safety and health. It supports the EU-funded SafeHabitus initiative, promoting farm safety through knowledge sharing, innovation, and collaboration. Key focuses include the Vision Zero Strategy by the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund, occupational hazard research by the Institute of Occupational Medicine, and safety frameworks for Agriculture 4.0. The PolCoP emphasizes systematizing safety practices, integrating technology, improving healthcare access, and building a safety culture via local leadership. Updates are shared via newsletter; views expressed are those of the authors, not the EU or European Research Executive Agency. Images by Michał Cupiał, University of Agriculture in Kraków.
