Pig Farm Handbook 2022: a guide to natural pig healthcare using herbs and other natural products

This edition of ‘Keeping Pigs Naturally Healthy – with Herbs and Other Natural Products’ is intended to help pig farmers find the right way to use herbs and other natural products. Herbs and other natural products can be used to support healthy animals during times of stress and in the early stages of illness. Developments in this field are rapid, and this booklet will therefore need to be regularly revised and updated. In addition to general information on the use of natural products (in Chapter 1 and Appendix 2), this farm handbook contains suggestions for the use of natural products to complement general management measures for common health problems in each age group.
