Detail description
Monitoring water levels and salinity in acacia systems and double drainage installations in Dreischor, Schouwen-Duiveland. Electrical conductivity readings (0.5–2.76 mS/cm) indicate reduced soil salinity with double drainage compared to conventional methods. Data from Klompe, Den Boer, and Den Hartog sites show 1,600 m³ total water flow through upper drains, with 1,400 m³ collected. Rainfall totals: 480 mm (Den Boer), 390 mm (Den Hartog). Conductivity in canals reached 3.23 mS/cm. The POP3 project evaluates innovative drainage for sustainable water management.
