Nagy Family Farm in Pădureni, Cluj, processes milk from 60 cows, including native Romanian breeds, and sells directly through events, social media, and local stores. Since 2011, the farm has hosted tastings, tours, and cultural exhibitions to build a short supply chain, supported by the Leader programme and EU funding. The initiative, led by Daniel Chicuidean and Mihai Valentin from USAMV Cluj, enhances local economic resilience and reduces emissions.
