or
Detail description
105-hectare family farm in Bremen Blockland, Lower Saxony, transitioned from dairy to 100% grass-fed beef production with 50 Angus cattle in 2019. The farm operates a full grazing system using only home-produced feed, avoiding concentrates. Direct marketing through a farm shop and expanded collaboration with local catering and hospitality services strengthen regional sales. Funded by the European Union.
