Functional foods and supplements made from high-quality agricultural raw materials, with a focus on innovative cultivation practices, post-harvest control and product safety. The ALIMINTEGRA project coordinates research, businesses and organisations to optimise metabolomics, validate technologies and facilitate the industrial implementation of active extracts. Activities include coordination, training, dissemination and the exchange of know-how between public and private partners, with European funding.
