Developing Drought-Resistant Perennial Ryegrass through Symbiotic Modification and Innovative Marketing

or

Detail description

This project aims to develop a new symbiotically modified breeding line of perennial ryegrass, enhancing its resistance to drought and various stress factors. The primary outcome will be the registration of a new variety with increased utility for agricultural producers. By infecting the plant with an endophyte, a novel technological innovation will expedite the introduction of symbiotically modified grass varieties to the market. Additionally, an innovative marketing strategy is planned to effectively promote and educate about the cultivation of these grasses. The anticipated results include improved agricultural productivity, increased resilience of the grass variety, and streamlined processes for bringing new varieties to market.
