Consortium for Short Supply Chain Potato and Vegetable Sales

The project "The best of Narew" establishes a consortium of five potato and vegetable producers to create a short supply chain. They promote and sell larger, uniform batches under a shared brand, ensuring year-round availability. The group modernized storage, acquired transport and packaging equipment, launched a website, and developed a unified logo and marketing materials. New sales models include on-site field sales and home delivery. Target clients include schools, kindergartens, agritourism farms, and restaurants.
