Women Innovators in Ireland - CERES Leadership Network

CERES is a network founded by ten women from diverse backgrounds in Irish agriculture, promoting leadership, gender equality, and innovative thinking. Named after the Roman goddess of agriculture, CERES supports leadership development, culture change, and peer collaboration. Karen Brosnan, a strategy consultant and Nuffield Ireland Director from County Kerry, is a key founding member. The network hosts events to advance women in agri-business and contributes to succession planning and systemic change. CERES fosters critical thinking and leadership in the agri-food sector through knowledge sharing and strategic initiatives.
