Ryssby's village library was saved by a community-led Civil Society Public Partnership, making it Sweden's first CSPP library. Volunteers, mostly seniors, manage book relocations, cataloging, and two weekly openings. Funded by the municipality and the European Union, the library serves as a cultural and social hub for the village.
