Women Innovators in Sweden - Rosa Kortet Driving School

Rosa Kortet, a Swedish driving school founded by Alexandra Larsson in 2014, pioneered a women-only instructor model that boosted student satisfaction and gender diversity in the profession. Based in rural Dalarna, it expanded to three communities and became the county’s largest driving school. The school introduced Sweden’s first driving simulator and launched the nation’s first franchise model in the sector, Rosa Kortet Involv. Now employing twelve instructors, including Alexandra’s husband, the business continues to grow.
