Phenotypic and Genetic Characterization of the Mayotte Goat
In 2021, a study was conducted on the local goat of Mayotte to better understand its main characteristics and improve the management of goat populations on the island. The goal of this research is to enrich knowledge about goat breeds and preserve this local species adapted to the specific conditions of Mayotte.
