Humus Job is a social innovation project funded by the EU Horizon 2020 programme, addressing irregular migrant labour in Italy’s agri-food sector. Led by Coldiretti and the University of Pisa, it promotes legal recruitment to reduce costs, improve wellbeing for farmers and workers, and enhance social acceptance of migrants. The initiative forms part of the FARMWELL programme, which includes the FARMWELL database and documentary series *Reap What You Sow*, aiming to strengthen ethical labour practices and sustainability in agriculture.
