Nuevos métodos y tecnologías para prevenir el síndrome de la replantación en manzanos

Enhancing apple orchard productivity through advanced rootstocks, soil management, and biological solutions

or

Detail description

This project develops innovative solutions to combat replanting syndrome in apple orchards. It evaluates six approaches: replant-tolerant rootstocks (G.111, G.41), biomugication with brassicas and grasses, mechanical soil modification, organic matter enhancement, biological control agents and bio-stimulants, and optimized post-plant irrigation. Results show G.111 and G.41 rootstocks significantly improve productivity, fruit size, and tree vigour, especially for weak varieties like Jerominecov. Field trials across experimental plots and pilot farms confirm their effectiveness.
