Digitalisation of Poultry Farm Sensor Data for Production Optimization

This document outlines the digitalisation of poultry farm sensor data to improve data interpretation and optimize poultry production. We have gained a far more better understanding of the data stream and flow in our farms. This was necessary to set up a structure to organize a dataset for data acquisition and storage. We learned that it is a very cumbersome process to lay down the architecture of a software tool to collect and gather data from different sources.
