GAYAS promotes local cuisine by transporting traditional village foods to homes through rural transformation centres. The project, active in Galicia and the Principado de Asturias from November 2020 to April 2023, supports local producers and cooperatives including A Carqueixa, Montes e Vales Orientais, and the University of Santiago de Compostela.
