Sustainable Food Hubs (SFH) strengthened through multi-channel innovations in rural agri-food systems. GIASAT supports small and medium-sized producers across Andalusia, Aragon, Castile and León, Navarre, Madrid, the Canary Islands, and the Valencian Community. Funded under CALL 2022, the project enhances local food systems with €599,754.15 in grants, running from November 2022 to February 2025. Key partners include CERAI, Fundación Entretantos, POD, Ekoalde Elkartea, VallaEcolí, and collaborating institutions such as Mercadolid, Mercavalencia, Ecomedores, Saltamontes Bio, Valle y Vega, and the University of Córdoba.
