SALUDGIRASOL applies soil health and quality indicators to enhance sustainable and efficient sunflower cultivation across multiple Spanish regions. Funded under the 2022 EIP-AGRI call, the project involves ASAJA, Fertinagro Biotech, CEBAS-CSIC, and UPM. It supports climate-smart farming, ecosystem resilience, and compliance with the new Common Agricultural Policy eco-schemes. Running from October 2022 to March 2025, the project received €599,986.28 in funding.
