Digital Tools for Farmers' Groups: Enhancing Collective Agriculture

Digital tools can support collective agriculture by enhancing communication, resource sharing, and decision-making in farmer groups. This document explores tools like OAD, precision farming, robotics, big data, and blockchain traceability within the context of the #Agriculturedegroupe2.0 project. It examines how digital innovations can address challenges such as low participation (80% of farmers cite lack of time) and poor meeting attendance (40% below 60%). The study highlights the role of digital tools in fostering mutual learning, coordination, and social cohesion in groups like CUMA, CETA, GEDA, and CIVAM, emphasizing the need for tailored, user-centered digital integration.
