Train the Trainers are very useful training tools to start training advisors. Geographic Information System for Agricultural Parcels, SIGPAC, allows geographically identifying the parcels declared by farmers and ranchers. SIGPAC is an essential DATS (Digital Advisory Tools and Services) for CAP (Common Agricultural Policy) and other management purposes.
