Low-Intensity PG in Marginal Climate, Mostly Cut (LM_C)

This type is managed at low intensity, and herbage is mostly harvested by cutting rather than grazing. It is found in regions where grass growth is limited by long winters or extended summer drought, and is most frequent in the Alps, the Baltic states, the Pannonian and the eastern Continental biogeographic regions.
