Cash flow app for farms

Cash flow planning helps farmers manage the year-round fluctuations in cash flow associated with grass-based dairy production. The tool is based on estimating monthly income and expenditure, and is available through Teagasc in Ireland. The tool improves financial resilience, enables forecasting and is a useful tool when discussing matters with financial institutions. It is important to draw up an estimate at the end of the previous financial year and update the data monthly. The project was funded by the EU’s Horizon 2020 programme.
